Kip Hollister is the Founder & CEO of The Hollister Group – Staffing and Cultures. Since 1988, Kip has been committed to building a company that best serves clients by offering a full suite of services aimed at bringing exceptional people together to ignite business culture and unleash individual contribution. In her more than 30 years as business owner, Kip has grown the company into New England’s leading woman-owned staffing consultancy.
As an award-winning and nationally recognized entrepreneur and business leader, Kip attributes The Hollister Group’s success to the trust and integrity that characterizes the leadership of her organization. Kip is a frequent keynote speaker on topics including: REAL™ Leadership, the power of imagination, letting go of limiting beliefs, resilience, and so much more. Kip is also a highly sought-after executive coach, helping leaders break through challenges to create new possibilities and opportunities in their careers and personal lives. At Kip’s core is the belief that each of us matters and has real impact and that everyone is a leader of their own life. Kip received her Leadership & Mentoring certification through the Michael Shankin Arch of Leadership Program, her Leadership and Coaching certification from the John Maxwell Team, and is a Deepak Chopra certified meditation instructor. She currently sits on the boards of The Commonwealth Institute – a non-profit organization devoted to advancing businesswomen in leadership positions, and Recovery Works – an organization dedicated to combating the stigma associated with substance use disorder by helping those in recovery re-enter the workforce.
Kip has four children and lives in Dover, MA with her husband and two labs.
