Each DISC assessment provides valuable insight into how to best leverage your strengths and strengthen your weaknesses in communication and leadership. Along with a 60-minute debrief to integrate the results, you will receive:

  • A comprehensive, customized report that outlines the strengths of each person and their role within the team.
  • Checklists for communicating, keys to motivating, and keys to managing.

*DISC assessments are complimentary for each new hire and their manager. Additional DISC assessments offered at a 20% discount for clients who have hired someone from Hollister within the last 12 months.
