The Hollister Group’s first talent-focused panel event last week was a huge success!
Last week, Hollister’s Director of Recruiting, Katie Buchta, moderated a panel alongside our expert Administrative & HR Recruiting Managers in support of job seekers to answer questions about the virtual job search process.
They discussed tips for interviewing in a remote world and shared advice for what to do once a person is hired and is being onboarded remotely. They shared tools for successfully navigating the remote working world, including how to stay focused while working from home or how to communicate with a new manager whom you've never met in person. They also provided advice on job searching during a pandemic, including how a Recruiter can help you navigate the process and the best way to follow up after a virtual interview.
