Ally joined The Hollister Group twice! The first time in 2002 until she was recruited out by her former employer, Randstad, to do an on-site gig at Genzyme. She quickly realized she thrives within a sales organization and that her true passion was developing new business and new sales representatives. Kip, our Owner & Founder, has such intuition, she reached out to Ally at the perfect time about an opportunity to build a new contract administrative team at Hollister. Ally accepted without hesitation and has never looked back. She’s now been with the team for over 20 years. Today, she leads all the business units and is passionate about growing leaders.
