Hollister's Philanthropy committee had a great time volunteering at Health Care for the Homeless Program in South Boston last week. They sponsored and lead Bingo for the patients, and gave out prizes like blankets, toiletry kits, and water bottles.
According to Tevin Montgomery, the Corporate Relations Manager at Health Care for the Homeless, events like Bingo are important for the patients not just to brighten their day, but because it helps them get used to being in a communal, structured environment.
The Philanthropy Committee gives Hollister employees the chance to give back to the Boston community. Hollister offers one off-site activity each quarter and giving opportunities throughout the year.
