On February 11, 2020, Hollister hosted Conexión’s Mentor welcome reception. It was a fun-filled event with local business people, mentors, and sponsors of Conexión’s 15th cohort. The mission of Conexión is to develop Hispanic-Latino leaders into strategic and innovative executives who lead organizations that harness the positive impact of the expanding Hispanic-Latino presence and to create a national network of exceptional leaders. The purpose of the event was to give mentors the opportunity to network among each other and to highlight the factors that drive the work and features of the Conexión model, those that make it unique.
