The Hollister Group brought the entire team, from business development to top leadership, into one room for a full day of movement-based, experiential learning built around a physical game board. Participants moved from square to square, each representing a key area of organizational assessment. This somatic approach was intentional: by physically inhabiting each space, participants engaged more deeply than traditional training allows, paired and re-paired across roles, creating genuine dialogue that functioned simultaneously as strategic planning, team building, and leadership development.

Formal Diagnostic Report
The engagement did not end when the team left the room. Following the intensive, The Hollister Group produced a formal written report summarizing the gaps identified, agreements made, and the strategic game plan developed during the session, serving as a reference point and accountability tool for leadership going forward.

Custom Training Map
A customized roadmap for ongoing development, aligned specifically to the gaps uncovered during the session and designed to support the organization’s strategic objectives over the longer term. This post-session architecture reflects the core value proposition: combining an immersive, high-energy leadership experience with the rigor of structured, analytical follow-through.
