One Point of Contact Was Holding the Organization Back

This independent nonprofit home health and hospice organization serves dozens of communities across its region. Leadership brought us in to work with the Executive Leadership Team on communication and trust.

A leadership intensive, paired with an organization-wide survey, surfaced the real pattern. Leaders struggled to address conflict directly, take ownership of outcomes, and communicate expectations clearly. Without enough trust to have direct conversations with one another, nearly every issue routed through the CEO instead of the people equipped to solve it.

The gap was not a communication skills gap. It was a trust gap that funneled every hard conversation through one person.

What We Did

Building Trust in Layers, Starting at the Top

One-Day Leadership Intensive

A one-day, in-person diagnostic combined with an organization-wide survey to uncover gaps in communication and trust and build the shared vision that anchored everything that followed.

24-Month Sustainability Program, Year 1

We joined every monthly Executive Leadership Team meeting for twelve months, training the team to run effective meetings, resolve conflict directly, and hold one another accountable in ways that kept initiatives moving forward.

24-Month Sustainability Program, Year 2

A second twelve months extended the work to managers and directors, meeting twice monthly with spot coaching available throughout, to build a common language for conflict resolution, collaboration, accountability, and role clarity across the organization.
