Phoebe Goldsberry is Chief Executive Officer of The Hollister Group, the woman-owned and WBENC-certified Boston staffing and leadership coaching firm founded in 1988. Since stepping in as CEO in 2026, she has unified Staffing and Cultures into one team, giving clients one partner for the full arc of growth: hiring the right people, developing strong leaders, and building a culture where they thrive.
Phoebe joined the company in 2015, rising from Recruiting Manager to Director of Organizational Development, Chief Relationship Officer, and now CEO. That ground-level understanding of the business informs every decision she makes. She led the firm’s 2021 rebrand, and was named to Boston’s Top 50 Women Leaders in 2023.
She leads with a relationship-first philosophy: open communication, accountability, and follow-through are the foundation of a high-performing organization. She holds herself and her team to a high standard of client service, not as policy but as a core conviction.
Beyond Hollister, Phoebe serves on the Charitable Fund Board of Trustees of Croí Health and mentors job seekers in recovery through RecoveryWorks at Massachusetts General Hospital. She lives on the South Shore of Boston with her husband and three children, where quality time with family matters most to her.
