She has been with the company since 2015, bringing over a decade of deep client partnership to the role, including leading enterprise-level client strategy before stepping into the CEO seat. Her earlier tenure as a Recruiting Manager gave her a ground-level understanding of the business that continues to inform her decisions today.

Phoebe lives on the South Shore of Boston, where she serves on the Board of Trustees of Croí Health, extending her impact beyond Hollister. She is a devoted wife and mother of three, and quality time with family is what matters most to her outside of work.
