Terry joined The Hollister Group as CFO in March 2022. Terry’s prior experience includes senior finance and operations roles in a variety of industries including financial services, manufacturing, software, and consumer products. Over the past 15 years, Terry has migrated from roles with large multinational companies like Ernst & Young and Fidelity Investments to smaller, more dynamic companies such as the (then) start-up prestige hair care brand, Living Proof.
While big companies gave Terry the structured accounting and process training that is critical to roles in finance and operations, Terry most enjoys the dynamic and scrappy environments of smaller companies. He enjoys learning a business, rolling up his sleeves, and building teams. With The Hollister Group, Terry will get to leverage the best of both the big and small company worlds.
Outside of work, Terry is the father of two amazing women who share his passion for travel and curiosity for things that are different. Although he’s in love with Boston, Terry has lived for extended periods in Brussels and Paris. He’s an avid hiker and completed a southbound thru-hike of the 2,000+ mile Appalachian Trail just prior to joining The Hollister Group. Terry tries to pay it forward through his nearly 10 years of service on the board of Casa Myrna – the Boston area’s largest provider of services to survivors of dating and domestic violence.
